Operations Team you should have:
• Knowledge of the key strategic business drivers, regulatory constraints and operational process requirements across financial services.
• The ability to define a strategy, develop business cases and define the target operating model (organization design, customer experience, processes).
About the Assignment:
Your role as Operations Coordinator will be to work closely with clients to improve and transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations and customer experience. As a part of Financial Services.
The Core Objectives:
1. Assisting in operations support activities to ensure seamless lending operations and improvement in key business metrics to Drivers/Delivery Partners segment
2. Initiate and execute standard operating procedures to resolve operational issues in a timely manner
3. Perform as support agents on a day-to-day basis to smooth operational processes to Drivers/Deliver Partners & Merchant-partners
4. Iterate standard operating procedures through feedback gathered from Drivers/Delivers Partner, Merchant-partners and internal support agents
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. A least a recognized Degree qualification with min. 1 years and above of relevant experience in Financial Services Operations is an advantage
2. Strong MS Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. PowerPoint) / Google Suite
3. Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills
4. A highly independent and individual with excellent team-working skills
