Job DescriptionPosition Objectives
To ensure products are produced in the right quality and quantity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead daily shift meetings.
Record headcount attendance and location.
Ensure products are produced in the right quantity and quality (follow schedule plan).
Coordinate with MI immediate leader, organizing line workload and staffing depending on product priority.
Ensure products meet levelling fulfillment requirements and update records.
Enforce 5S activities.
Update shift changeovers.
Update hourly reports.
Check and confirm material transfer orders.
Take immediate action on breakdown escalations.
Responsible for safety updates and environmental compliance.
Scrap defective materials after inspection and confirmation before disposal.
Responsible for physical inventory counts.
Follow up on training records and operator skill checks.
Qualifications2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork within the department and with other departments.
