We will groom you to run a store towards profitability with all the help you need. Within 12 – 18 months, you could be the proud owner of one of our Maxis Stores in the secondary town nationwide.

Through the programme, you will be exposed and groomed to deliver the following:
Be a business owner with strong entrepreneurial spirit to operate a Maxis Branded Store, committed to maximise profitability and readiness to take over as a Dealer Drive Maxis Business growth and market development primarily in terms of Mobile services, Device ownership and Fibre connectivity across both Consumer and Business segments Lead, nurture and inspire the team to create a positive culture and provide excellent customer experience in a Maxis Branded Store To provide solutions through a personal experience with customers and deliver a high performance team culture Ensure consistent high standards in terms of creating a culture of constant innovation and experimentation in operating a Maxis Branded Store To create excitement at every sales opportunity Be a great Maxis ambassador with fully customer oriented mindset and a champion in delivering Unmatched Personalised Experience
What do you need to have to fit this role?
SPM and above 2 years and above of working experience Prior experience in running business will be highly preferred Willing to be based in sub-urban town / local districts Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Able to converse in different local dialect will be an added advantage A few years of experience in telecommunications/ retail industries or with experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations Passionate and appreciative for technology and/or high tech devices Obsessed with customers, passionate for sales, a competitive spirit, and the ability to understand people through interactive conversations Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, willing to embrace changes, entrepreneurial and leadership qualities
