Logistic And Customs Executive

**Requirement: -**- Minimum Degree holder in Logistic and Supply Chain or any related field with minimum 2 years working experience.- Preferable age between 25 years old - 35 years old- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Expert in using Microsoft Excel & Power Point- Having experience liaising with customs is an added advantage**Job Description: -**- Oversee the storage and distribution of finished products and goods, and establish and maintain the good practice of first in first out.- To monitor transportation, stock control, warehousing, flow of goods and to ensure the right goods are delivered to the right location on time- Assist superior to oversee Logistics section in terms of stock levels, delivery schedule, transport cost, quality and quantity of goods, and efficiency of operations- Responsible in planning and monitoring to ensure timely departure and arrival of shipment- Coordinate with inter-department, transporter, forwarder, for shipment arrangement to meet shipment schedule- Organize warehouse space and optimize space utilization- Monitoring the finished goods to ensure FIFO system is complied (first in first out)- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner- Timely submission, maintenance, updating and ensure report accuracy and other related documentation- Prepare delivery documents like packing list, delivery order, delivery acknowledgment and other related documents.- Ensure of good housekeeping and practice 5S in warehouse.- Any other task that is assigned by superior from time to time.**We offer attractive salary packages and benefit such as**:- 2 month contractual bonus- Bonus based on performance- Additional 4% EPF contribution from employer portion- Toll Claim- Petrol Claim- Meal subsidy- Free uniform & laundry servicePay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (required)- Customs: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
