Logistic Manager

1. Planning and managing the warehouse, transport and loading bay team to ensure the smooth run of operations. 2. Develop policies and operating procedures for logistics activities and make sure it is effectively implemented. 3. Monitor the preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipments used in the logistics department. 4. Plan and organize materials, parts, stock at proper places in the warehouse and ensure 5S implementation. 5. To ensure stock accuracy, manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. 6. To monitor the materials/parts are properly sort/ready as requested by the production. 7. Working proactively with various departments to ensure on time of inbound and outbound goods delivery. 8. Planning routes and load scheduling for inbound multi-drop deliveries. 9. Communicate with drivers to make sure efficient inbound delivery of goods. 11. Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods from production to loading bay in order to meet the shipment/container pull out time.
