Logistic Sales Manager

requirements:Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree graduates
at least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field
senior sales executive / sales manager experience in domestic and international courier are the fit for this position.responsibilities:A) sales strategies & business development

to spearhead the postal logistic division including international & local logistics
responsible to identify /negotiate new postal to strengthen the postal channel systems to provide needs of vendors in china in moving out e commerce products from china
provides leadership to identify/ appointment of potential vendors from china to generate target volumes via the postal collaboration with rights of international postal
responsible to motivate, direct the logistics team to achieve pre-set annual target volumes
responsible to formulate, strategies, marketing plan implementation, motivate all team members, international postal, vendors for the total business achievement, profit targets etc.

b) international courier transhipment

shall conduct good coordination, collaboration, integration strategy between china's client, countries? postal & third-party it/technical vendors.
aggressively explore and develop the new potential client.

c) local courier

riding on current resources, develop marketing strategy on any cargo shipping/freight forwarding/ haulage/ import/export & international transhipment service.
develop own new customer base & vendor base
liaison with liner/ forwarder to acquire best deal for company, to achieve maximum profit & minimum risk factor possible.
