Logistic Supervisor

Accountable for FG stock balance - incoming, outgoing and balance of FG.- Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of FG.- Responsible to ensure quality of FG are maintained with proper handling, storage and free from pests and fire hazard.- Keep up to date FG stock card and to undertake stock check in order to furnish FG End of the week list to Sales and Planning Departments and month end FG list to Accounts Department.- Liaise with Sales and Production Departments to ensure dispatch requirements are met.- Ensure goods dispatched are securely packed to avoid transit damage- Before despatch, to personally verify against D.O quantity and specification (part number / model) and to tick against the packing list and packing label to avoid wrong type of goods or wrong quantity being delivered to customer.- To remind Driver and Lorry Attendant to counter-check the quantity and type of goods (part numbers / models) again before despatch.- Responsible to issue D.O and collect back chop and sign D.O from customer and subcon and to prepare D.O summary for invoicing. All goods delivered must have a D.O with the right quantity and the right type of goods.Pay: From RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay
