Logistics & Delivery Executive

'¢ To execute 3rd Party Business Arrangement for warehousing and inbound outbound freight operations. '¢ Lead the delivery team to ensure operational excellent through all phrases of material movement and storage. '¢ Ensure customers' schedules are met effectively through proper inwards delivery plan '¢ Drive cost savings through all phases of materials/goods movement process. '¢ Oversees operational logistics needs, include daily operation issue. '¢ Coordinate all incoming (inwards) shipment. '¢ To prepare forwarders or transporters' quotation. '¢ To liaise with customs, forwarders, and logistic companies for import and export shipments. '¢ To establish policies, standard of procedures for delivery (inwards) activities, and to seek management approval. '¢ Require strong attention to details, proven and confident decision making with excellent communication skills. '¢ Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production and Raw Material. '¢ To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time. '¢ Result oriented and work closely with production and raw material for shipment clearance during urgent order.
