Job Overview/Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting logistics team members on logistics arrangement and order follow up to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered against customer and Clorox requirement. The role also perform to maintain the database of shipment information that work related to order management and customer/consumer complaint entry to share point. This role require high accuracy and error free on data entry. Besides, it needs to assist with any ad hoc assignments when required
Key Responsibilities
1) Main Responsibilities (What) and Key Activities (How):
a. Main Responsibilities (What) and % of time:
?Maintain and update the shipment database - 50%
?Customer order management 40%
?Other assignment 10%
b. Key Activities:
· Maintain and update the shipment database:
oMainly to provide the high accuracy on inputting the Asian order information to the database
oTrace and track the shipment status upon completed
oShipment report preparation
· Customer order management:
oHandle Malaysia domestic order delivery on daily basis
oliaise with co-packer and trucker in order to deliver the order on time
oExport order handling when required
oK2, COO, Form D & Form E application
oEnsure compliance of laws and regulations pertaining to exports/imports
· Other assignment:
oTo coordinate with quality team on customer and consumer complain, follow up to get the investigation report from Quality team
oAssist the preparation on SST exception submission on quarterly basis
oAd hoc activities on new projects
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
1) Minimum Requirements:
a. Years and Type of Experience: 3 years’ experience in logistics and order management field
b. Education Level/Degree: Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
c. Technical Skills: Strong in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAGE 300 ERP will be an advantage, good knowledge and experience in import and export matters in Malaysia including K1, K2, COO, Form E, Form D and SST exemption process
d. Other Languages Required: Good command of local languages, Cantonese and English
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent
