Logistics Executive

What You'll Be Doing?

Involve in fleet manpower planning, recruitment, retention and discipline issues to ensure sufficient fleet capacity and high service quality to meet customer needs.
Strategic planning & forecasting on ensuring sufficient fleet capacity based on growth target, growth potential, festive periods and other related matters.
Proactive in the prevention of issues and in the prompt resolution of issues affecting the efficiency and overall results of the organization.
Oversee dispatchers and provide proper guidance to ensure smooth job execution.
Other ad hoc matters required by the management.
Who We Are Looking For?

Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Supply Chain/Logistic, Operation or relevant field.
At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge in Ms Office applications especially Ms Excel, operation softwares.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to handle complaints, establish relationship with internal and external customers.
Able to supervise team in different locations.
Well organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to speak, read and write in Malay and English fluently.
Good attitude, fast learner and aim for the best customer service and operational excellence.
