About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player within the auto electronics industry.
Job Description

Logistics Management
Oversee the delivery of finish goods.

Understand customer requirement and providing solutions.

Manage import and export transportation, including planning for containerization.

Ensure all documents meet the organization's regulations and requirements, which includes those related to customs clearance.

Manage the daily operations and organizing logistics.

Ensure that customer needs in logistics are satisfied.

Materials Management
Assist in order management and material planning.

Responsible for improving and maintaining the SOP for all material orders which includes those in transit and in the inventory.

Scrap and Excessive Material Disposal Management
Manage and implement SOP for the storage, handling, disposal of all redundant/obsolete/excessive materials.

Inventory Management
Responsible for all warehouse operations and systems.

Maintain the raw materials and finished goods stock and inventory levels.

Ensure that cycle counts and stock counts are completed within time frame and according to company regulations.

Production Planning
Manage Production Planning process and liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are met.

System Management
Ensuring the system is able to support the daily operations.

Manage continuous improvement for systems and liaise with vendors.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree or Diploma in related fields
At least 5 years of experience in managing logistic with a deep understanding of the issues related to the field of logistic including understanding of international trade & logistic in terms of transport by road/rail and sea.
Working closely with all internal departments and authorities involved in product movements. Key goal is to propose directions, strategies and action plan to meet the company's KPI's.
In managing his/her team, the incumbent has to lead, motivate and develop the team.
