Logistics Specialist

Bayan Lepas, Penang- MYR 2500-3000**Qualifications**:- Degree in Logistics or any relevant field**Requirements**:- Relevant working experience is an additional advantage- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply**Job Descriptions**:- Liaise and coordinate with forwarders/transporters on the logistic/shipment of incoming and outgoing goods in timely manner- Responsible for all import and export, custom clearance and transportation activities are executed based on local custom policies and company compliance procedure- Liaise with Purchasing/Planning/Production/Engineering to ensure the smoothly arrangement of shipment- Implement customs policies and procedures within the organization and with external import/export agents and customs brokers- Respond to inquiries from Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders regarding Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Schedule B classification, Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classifications, documentation requirements, or other import and export regulations to ensure timely clearance- Maintain import, export, and supply chain security compliance records in accordance with recordkeeping regulations
