M&E Coordinator And M&E Clerk Of Works (Cow)

Fulltime on-site staff;
1- coordinating all M&E works and related activities within project scope
2-ensure all M&E requirements implemented in timely manner and adequately integrated with all services such as architectural, structural & other services
3-conduct regular coordination meeting among all sub-contractors
4-ensuring layout, schematic, detail and builder's work connection drawings are up-to-date
5- supervising all installation & construction works to ensure works are sufficiently coordinated
6-identify & resolve issues or problems related to integration and coordination of services
7- all ather related work involving M&E works
