Details of the offer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Floor
1. Implementation of 5s
2. Overall electricity maintenance
3. Water Toilet
4. Fan and Air-con maintenance
5. Chips area
6. Blue bins
7. Green bins
8. Take care of routine machine maintenance.
9. Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.
10. Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
11. Fallow up preventive maintenance as per the calendar set date.
12. Maintain the breakdown & Checklist reports of each machine.
13. Must able to work under pressure when ever machine breakdown.
14. Must Able to know the chemical names application & usage.
15. Must know the knowledge of tools & meter handling for maintenance.
17. Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO-9001:2015, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

1.-NIL
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge in periodically machine maintenance daily/monthly and yearly.
2. Able to speak and understand English.
3. Must have knowledge on Welding.
4. Must be very fast in using the tools Kit.
5. Technical knowledge about machine maintenance.
Education and Experience:
1. Minimum SPM Level
2. At least 1 year experience in manufacturing industry
3. Experience in handling with large, heavy parts as well as smaller components.
