Details of the offer

? Basic machine maintenance and daily update machine checklist
? Setting up the machine follow the production plan schedules
? Complete the FA or test run for new product
? Updating the DFM if have any requirement for improvement either in tooling or eng. Spec
? Report the Daily Time Ticket for data entry
? Comply to safety & 5S procedure
? Fine tune the header/threading machine if necessary
? Conduct part quality inspection and record the quality record sheet as requested
? Stop the machine and inform shift leader if there is a serious quality issue or the machine or tooling is not performing well and need further action (PM)
? Improve quality through NCR detection
? Glasswall update and performance tracking
