Responsible for the energy management and saving strategy related to energy utilization. Ensure the implementation of equipment maintenance system and quality strategies are in place to enhance equipment reliability, availability and safety standard. Maintain and improve system documentation procedure, policy, work instruction and scope of work as part of the company continuous improvement beyond ISO 9000, GMP and Food Safety DESCRIPTION Manage and communicates regularly with all maintenance team, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issue inclusive of training and development matters. Establish and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP-Plant Maintenance for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintain history of plant equipment. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge and the contribution of the maintenance staff. Participate in Objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and system constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for the improvement. Liaise with utilities provider or government regulatory bodies such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga & JKKP/ DOSH and etc to ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations related to electrical system and installation are compiled. Ensure successful start-up of Plant Commissioning and operation from maintenance perspective. Responsible for establish maintenance budget and manage of those budget prepare reports, analyse data and makes recommendations for for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems. Practice and established of energy reduction to achieved and optimize high energy efficient in a good result and gain cost saving. ldentify risks and hazards during operation and responsible to all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards. Ensure that the implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance is carried out in a planned, organized and controlled conditions in order io optimize process equipment reliability and efficiency. QUALITIES/SKILLS Skills & Requirements :- 1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field. 2. Min 5 years of working experience in maintenance and/or operation of a process Palm Oil Refinery facility or equivalent. 3. Experience in repairs and maintenance in a Palm Oil Refinery environment. 4. Ability to manage and supervise contractors in alternations, construction, renovation and repairs of company-wide facility system. 5. Ability to establish routine maintenance strategy such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and develop procedure. 6. Have good and sound fault find techniques ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum during Breakdowns. 7. Ability to problem-solving and respond quickly to user requests and needs, effectively handle multiple task simultaneously, capable to handle emergencies and adjust work schedule as needed.
