Maintenance & Security Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- 1. To ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the office equipment and furniture, fixture & fitting in the college, students hostel and other premise (if any).- 2. To ensure cleanliness of the premises so as to provide a healthy, clean and conducive environment for students' and staffs'.- 3. To ensure a safe working and studying environment by maintaining proper security surveillance and conduct at all times.- 4. To liaise with external vendors/contractors for maintenance works such as Electrician / Plumbers / General Contractors for repairs.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
