Regularly monitors and checks the condition of the hotel building equipment and takes appropriate actions.- Operates, maintains and repairs machines, equipment's and systems assigned to him.- Supervise and attends to maintenance request work.- Regularly and properly executes the planned of maintenance preventive programs and schedules assigned to him.- Deals directly with the maintenance staffs.- Checks daily time of employees under his supervision and reports any irregularity immediately to his superior.- Keeps all tools, equipment and systems under his jurisdiction in good condition and is responsible for good working condition with due regard the safety of all persons concerned in their operations.- Assists the Operation Executive in directing and controlling the maintenance and protection of physical structures and contents, the efficient operation of its plants and conservation of its equipment.- Receive necessary instructions regarding special duties and shifts from his superior for self and the maintenance staff.- Becomes familiar with the operation of all fire-fighting equipment.- Is responsible for keeping working areas neat and clean as well as for safe condition at all times.- Performs related duties as responsibilities as required.- Recommends purchase of non-stock supplies as appropriate to minimize safety problems, guest inconveniences and operation expenses.- Coordinates work as necessary with other Department to minimize guest inconveniences, safety problems and operation expenses.- Assist in the preparation of forecast, budgets and preventive maintenance programs as and when required.- Recommend possible improvement for quality of works and skill during operation.- Advises subordinates on their work performance.- Conducts job orientation for new employees and carries out training of Technician as required from time to time.- To perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.**Requirements**:1.
