(Malaysia) Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities / Introduction Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to Leads, quotes or orders.Leads registration, qualification and distribution.Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing.Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers.Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas.Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation.Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions.Generating cross leads to other divisions. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Business Administration, marketing, Sciences or Engineering (or a related/equivalent field)Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar positionor in a technical positionUnderstanding of sales & distribution with basic projectmanagement skillsStrong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
