Responsibilities / Introduction Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projectsAttend to customer enquiries and prepare quotationsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationEnsure project on track to meet deadlineReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with customerPerform other related duties as assigned Requirement Minimum Diploma preferably in the fields of engineeringProven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCommitted team playerKnowledge of ERP will be added advantage
