(Malaysia) Sales Engineer (Building Technology Segment)

Responsibilities / Introduction • To assist and support the Segment Sales Manager in Building Technology (BT) to identify asustainable business strategy and develop plans to ensure sales growth and profitability inMalaysia.• Identify potential customer and to create market needs in order to develop a strongdistributor networks in Malaysia.• Cultivate productive and effective teamwork with local and regional sales teams and withappointed distributors.• Skilled in sales tactics and general understanding of sales & marketing concepts.• Manage customers’ expectation and fulfilling customers’ orders and requirements.• To attend and provide technical updates including product training to distributors andcustomers. Requirement • Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant professional qualifications.• Sales exposure in a related industry (such as building materials, utilities and industries) ispreferred.• With a minimum 2 years of working experience focused on product and technical sales andmarketing in the Malaysia.• Multinational company work experience is preferred.• A sound record of sales achievements.• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is anadded advantage.• Candidates who can start work immediately is an added advantage.• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation if required.
