(Malaysia) Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities / Introduction Timely and accurate receiving of stocks into systemLiaise with supplier/s for proper handover of goodsEnsure consistent stock quality and quantity as indicated in all relevant documentationPick and pack parcels for dispatch adhering to any custom specificationsPrepare proper dispatch documentation to ensure clear and concise delivery instructionsAdhere to general housekeeping rules and guidelines of warehouseCoordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries to end customersTroubleshoot any issues and concerns affecting overall warehouse performance Requirement Minimum of 1-year experience in logistics, warehousing and/or distributionExperience using Inventory, warehouse, and/or order management system/sMust possess strong problem-solving skillsExperience in using spreadsheet applications; MS Excel preferredPositive attitude, strong work-ethic & solid communication skills a mustStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAble to work independently as well as part of a team
