Management Accountant

**Responsibilities**:- Gather and analyse financial data- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs- Analyses and explains variances between forecasts and actual results- Forecast financial results and tracking actuals for cost accounting lines- Audit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficient- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs- Estimate product costs for existing and new products- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions- Conduct market research to support future business planning- Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks- Work with key stakeholders to identify project risks and track them- Prepare reports such as costing report and inventory report to help management make better decisions**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent- Member of CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA/MIA/ACCA/CPA- Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing/analytics or account/auditing, etc.- Prefer with experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Trading sector- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with employees/vendors- Excellent ability for problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimisation- Ability to adapt to the needs of the company with various ad-hoc analysis skills**Benefit**- Provides on-the-job training to support your career growth.- Annual training for professional development.- SOCSO, EIS, EPF, Group Personal Accident and medical reimbursement, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What professional membership do you have?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 3 years (required)- SAP: 1 year (required)- Cost management: 2 years (required)- Analysis skills: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)
