MANAGEMENT TRAINEE is one of the initiatives of TrueCapital Asia to improve the jobs services during the MCO phase. This program requires the candidate to undergo a training program that will strengthen their sales skills and enhance the soft skills of the staff. Graduates or any experience applicant who seeks a training program to improve their skills are welcome to apply
Requirement: -
1. Diploma or degree holder who has been unemployed during MCO or fresh graduate are encourage to apply
2. Sales and customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Posses own transport
4. Retrenched worker are encourage to apply (High Priority)
Responsibilities: -
1. Achieve the assigned sales target including target for all segments of products to existing and new clients.
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities throughout calling
3. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Benefits: -
1. Allowance RM600/per month + commission up to 5k (per month)
