Management Trainee (Based At Aeon Nilai)

Job Requirement- At least Diploma in any discipline- At least 5 credits in SPM- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Willing to travel- Good communication skill and able to work in team- Responsible and willing to learn- Fully vaccinatedJob Responsibilities- Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company's standard- Assists in providing on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required- Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including opening and closing store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, stock receipt report and sales reports- Plans monthly duty roster and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Holidays- Weekend jobs**Experience**:- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)- Management: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
