Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 3 or more years of people management experience or relevant Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or previous 8 or more years of experience in eCommerce product management Self-directed and ability to drive programs & projects to successful outcomes within a fast-paced e-business environment Strong and demonstrable internal client-facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management Works with stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators to be managed, negotiate desired service levels, minimize business risks, and diffuse conflict Desirable Requirements Experience in driving quality and standards, or similar experience Experience working with global teams and partners Experience with driving transformation and process improvements Demonstrate strong innovation and problem solving skills.
