Manager, Bancatakaful Sales Coach (Sibu) Job Description Report to Head of Partnership Distribution Manage Takaful Specialist project Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges Maintain good rapport and services Support sales staff in identifying developmental needs and creating personal development plans Coach the sales staff in achieving developmental goals and improve their selling skills Provide sales staff with feedback and coaching to effectively/efficiently meet the developmental goals Ensure smoothness of the business as per expected by Partners Provide training to Partners Onboard and train new salespeople Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies Assist Trainer to design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities and job simulation Motivate, coach and provide assistance to Partners' sales staff to achieve their sales target Contribute ideas and involve in branch sales activities Monitor and resolve issues Job Specification Possess Degree or any other higher professional qualification(s) in any disciplines Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Financial industry, preferably in Takaful environment/ Bancatakaful Good knowledge in Takaful or Bancatakaful products and business Strong Sales and Marketing knowledge Good people skills Goodputer knowledge Good analytical and creative thinking skills Strong business acumen and sense of urgency Customer focused Sales Driven and Passionate Able to deliver under pressure Able to do public presentation Job ID 200001KH
