The Role ResponsibilitiesPrepare and/or contribute to the generation and delivery of risk reports accurately and in a timely manner for various committees and governance forums.Responsible for tracking, documenting and reporting data and details required to evidence and explain control-related deliveries to management, committees, etc.ÂResponsible to ensure that reports are delivered accurately with adequate checks and controls done.Contribute to the mitigation of risk by providing accurate and timely information necessary to support management decisions.Any changes to the reporting logic to be discussed and documented with relevant stakeholders and agreed in a change management discipline with proper testing performed before taking the changes to production.Responsible for handling all queries relating to the reports produced.Supports risk data to ensure it is clean and structured to support more effective risk management, defining MI and MI dashboards to better enable FM risk and supervisory oversight.Engage with business stakeholders across countries, gather requirements and liaise with FM Risk and Control team to execute required report or data preparation.Perform data validation and dashboard performance optimisation.Provide insights to senior management and their network based on MIS and analytics.Highlight any perceived risks and early alerts to management based on data analytics.Engage and execute the dashboards on Tableau or similar visualisation tools.Create strong blending data capabilities within the team so that we can quickly transform raw data into insightful informationDevelop familiarity with key systems like FMSW, EORP, FM systems etc.Develop and maintain appropriate documentation like EUC, BIA, BCP, migration checklists, SLAs, recharge documents, DOI, etc.Ensuring that proper backups are being arranged for critical reports.Compliance with all relevant policies and procedure, guidelines, rules %26amp; regulations.ÂOur Ideal CandidateA proven track record with 6 years or more of relevant risk %26amp; control and analytics work experience and demonstrated career progression/increase in responsibilitiesStrong product knowledge in financial markets, e.g. derivatives (FX, Rates, Commodity and Credit), Fixed Income, FX, Money Market.Adequate knowledge around Tableau and Excel as these tools are primarily used to produce the MIs and also able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on these tools.Strong Knowledge of Tableau or similar visualization tools is preferredProficient in excel and SQL will be a plus.Highly effective verbal and written English communication skillsGood presentation, time management, negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to influence without authorityStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple work streams with strong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and presentation skills to varying levels of managementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeDegree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
