Surgical Services Manager (Operating Room) Under the direction of the

Surgical Services Clinical Director, the Operating Room Manager has responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the hospital and the Operatinig Room and their effect on patient care.

Full Time

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required. Masters preferred.

Experience/Training:

Five years of related experience in Surgical Services/Operating Room. Prior management experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued in California. CNOR preferred. BLS required.

Skills:

Good managerial, communicative and organizational skills.
