Job Description Job Responsibilities: Advise Head of Compliance on matters relating to compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as a contact person with regulators and staff regarding compliance matters
Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring to ensure company adheres to regulatory requirements
Prepare compliance reports for both internal and external reporting
Review and monitoring of AMLA related matters.
?Job Requirements:
Possess Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law, Economics or Business Studies
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
Experience in AMLA related work. Qualification in this area would be added advantage
Professionally competent to assess industry rules
Well versed with all rules and regulations applicable to the Capital Market Industry
Obtained SIDC's Module 11: Fundamentals of Compliance
