Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver digitally led marketing plans to achieve growth ambition for online customer acquisition of assigned portfolios/businesses.
Drive New Customer Base through first product onboarding of credit cards or personal financing - increase customer conversions and generating qualified digital leads.
Grow downloads, usage, and awareness of the AEON Wallet app and other AEON Credit products and services.
Manage assigned marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of investments to identify areas of improvement and propose changes.
Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to uphold the brand's competitive advantage.
Grow market segmentation & targeting for each assigned product line/channels.
Identify target segments and opportunities within the existing customer base to improve migration to digital services.
Conceptualize and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all social media handles, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all digital platforms.
Be accountable for measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis of campaign results with the aim to optimize and to scale at large.
Manage the creation of all credit card usage campaign collaterals.
Job RequirementsDegree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing.
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
Strong digital marketing analytical skills including confidence with traditional touchpoints.
Skilful in brand management, digital marketing, performance advertising, SEO/SEM, eDM marketing as well as market research, customer segmentation and budget management.
Ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviours into strategic digital activities.
