This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

As part of Digital Customer Team, you will leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally-powered growth and enhance our client's customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up their brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help our clients to make those memories for their customers, but we integrate their whole business around those moments—whether it's a trip into their supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment, or advancing the customer mindset of their employees and partners.
You will
Collaborate within a cross-disciplinary team of software developers, QA/test engineers, product managers and UI/UX designers, to architect, design, develop and deliver Mobile Apps Understand and evaluate new emerging technologies and/or existing mobile APP technologies to propose better solutions for our clients Coordinate app technology development needs/requirements Define mobile app testing approach against determined technical & functional requirements Ensure APP technology aligns to company IT architecture and security standards Provide technical and process expertise to the team on issue identification, escalation, problem diagnostics and correction Develop and document detailed enterprise mobile architecture solutions Serve as the architect and senior technical lead for app development teams, support the technical deliverables from requirements phase to final app delivery Participate in development activities, code review sessions and mentor junior team members Develop functionalities (when required)

If you are someone with:
Minimum 8 years of overall software development experience, with exposure to the full software development cycle from requirements to post-deployment Minimum 5 years of mobile app architecture and software design experience, including both native and hybrid apps and/or Minimum 5 years of experience developing native iOS mobile apps and/or Minimum 5 years of experience developing Android native mobile apps and/or Minimum 5 years of experience developing cross-platform or hybrid mobile apps and leveraging Node-JS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS for back-end services and front-end user interface Excellent solution architecting and design skills, with the ability to create clear and complete software design documentation and use it to communicate the overall architecture and design approach to the development team Able to effectively delegate lower level design tasks to the developers, and perform detailed design and code reviews to ensure that the low-level designs fit the overall architecture and the code cleanly implements the low-level design Experienced in best practices for designing apps with high unit test coverage and simplified test automation Experienced in approaches and key tools used for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) Knowledge of mobile app security vulnerabilities and related mitigations B.S. degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline
