Details of the offer

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:-
HR Strategies
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
Nurture a positive working environment
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Maintaining and revising the company?s handbook on policies and procedures
Maintaining affirmative action programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Recruitment, Training & Performance Management
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
Overseeing exit interviews
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Compensation and benefits administration
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Conducting annual salary survey
Developing, analysing, and updating the company?s salary budget
Developing, analysing and updating the company?s staff evaluation program
Performing benefits administration
Maintaining department records and reports
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Skills:-
Good interpersonal and communication skills-written and verbal.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and updates and HR best practices.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
PC literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Must be a team player, independent with self-initiative, meticulous and have strong sense of honesty, accountability and responsibility.
Abilities/Attitudes:-
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Punctual and have a great attitude - ?Can do? attitude ? with problem solving skills.
A Team player who is IMPARTIAL.
Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
