- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Corporate Administration (ICSA), Diploma in STEP, ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in private trust administration and/or corporate secretarial practice
- Those with the right skillsets or attitude or have similar relevant experience gained in legal practice or relevant industry are also encouraged to apply
- Hands-on in supervising and developing an administration team responsible for delivering the required tasks to clients
- Strong effective communicator with a strong/good command in English speaking and writing
- Highly developed, highly motivated, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade including Microsoft Words and Excel would be an advantage
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The objectives of the Manager are to lead, guide and manage the team(s) and building the knowledge of the team of administrators, ensure seamless operations on delivery of tasks to clients, managing clients expectations, coordinating with different service lines (e.g. Trust Services, Client Accounts, Corporate Secretarial and Treasury) and working closely with other TMF offices.
- Supervise, guide and develop a team responsible for the administration of private trusts and foundations structures, solutions for wealth and succession planning
- Working with various teams to increase team productivity, efficiency and improving client delivery standards
- Working with client relationship managers and other related operational teams in setting client delivery standards, continuously reviewing the team delivery according to standards, motivating the team delivery to exceed standards
- Performance measurement based on productivity, team effectiveness and morale of the team
