Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process for all IT/ technical openings from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and on-boarding candidates. The incumbent will also network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, to build strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing need for roles in the Technology, Digital, and Analytics space.Engage in hiring consultation with IT Business Heads and HRBP to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs.Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.Review job requisitions and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.Search for job candidates using various sources such as direct sourcing, databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate.Interview and assess job applicants as part of the screening process to obtain information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants to determine the accuracy of applicant information, particularly those who will be given job offers.Analyze the technology employment trends and execute best hiring techniques based on your findings.Ensure steady supply of candidate’s CV in the pipeline for all vacant tech-related positions and timely update of the Recruitment dashboard.Ensure proper on-boarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately in Workday.Job Requirements:Graduate in human resources, information technology or a technical field.Must have at least 8 years of experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.Strong social aptitude, ability to build relationships, and develop candidate database to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and CV databases.Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
