TheTechnical Managerwill be responsible for the team’s research, architecture, design, installation, integration and support of a wide variety of technologies. Leads the team in designing and implementing high performing services to meet customer functions and cost requirements. Document and drive best practice throughout our technology stack. Provides advice in solving complex problems with given limitations or process and technologies.

-Reconciles the gathered requirements, the system design, and the solution to be implemented to align with the defined roadmap
-Document designs, processes, projects, tools, standards and techniques
--Seek inefficient processes and orchestrate/automate
Research technology to broaden knowledge of current and future issues and technologies
-Train and develop junior team members in technical areas
-Develops new features from the ground up
-Collaborates and communicates regularly with the remote and in-house development team
-Participates in strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization across sales, marketing, content, and professional services
-Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
