Position: Mandarin Speaking Online Marketing cum Sales Executive @ KL Sentral
A Business processing outsource company offers employees infinite opportunities, and be the greatest customer engagement service company. They are searching for a talent who is a marketing expert and great at solution selling and product recommendation. Good in outbound sales in multiple languages (Mandarin / Cantonese / English).
*Benefits:*
? Basic Salary RM4,500 to RM4,800 (Subject to Experience & Interview Performance)
? 20% Sales Incentive
? 3 weeks paid training
? 28 days leaves

? Day shift only (earliest 7am - 4pm; latest 10am - 7pm)
? MNC Working Environment
? Location: KL Sentral (The main and biggest transportation hub in KL, next to Nu Sentral, walking distance from Nu Sentral)
*Job Requirements:*
? Required Language(s): Fluent Mandarin & English, Cantonese is an added value
? Candidate must possess at least Degree in any discipline or above.
? Candidate must possess 1 year of both digital marketing & B2B sales experience.
? SPM holder is encouraged to apply with at least 2 years of both digital marketing & B2B sales experience.
? Preferably junior talent specialized in telesales/telemarketing/outbound sales
? Sales and customer oriented person
? Strong communication skill & Good team player
? Ability to work on rotational shift (Monday - Friday, shift time: 7am - 4pm / 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm)
? Able to start work immediately (April intake)
*Job Responsibilities:*
? Contacting new and existing customers via telephone & emails on a daily basis.
? Manage a portfolio of SMB client to accelerate the revenue.
? Identify sales opportunities and providing best solution for their business goals.
? Provide pre & post sales support for all products
? Provide all the advertising solution, identify trends and resolve any arising issues.
? Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers
