Details of the offer

1. Receiving and processing purchase orders.
2. Issuing sales transaction Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotation, Delivery Notes etc
3. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and follow up on customer payment .
4. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain information.
5. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
6. Compiling monthly sales reports.
7. Expediting orders and arrange delivery through internal liaison.
8. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
9. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Requirements:
An Associate’s Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with IT industry software and Hardware such as Sales CRM etc.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
