Greetings from Accion Labs currently we are hiring for Manual Testers (both junior & senior)

Job Description (JD)

Should have a good STLC knowledge and different Software Methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
Understand the Requirements from the BRD or FSD
To Translate the Scenarios from the BRD or FSD's into Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Should have hands on experience on Test Design and Test Execution as per the Requirements
Defect Logging and Life Cycle of Defects
Should have the knowledge on the RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
Identify and derive the Test Scenarios for the IT/UAT test phases in the Project / BAU Releases /CR or Enhancements
Preferable to have hands on experience in HPALM Tool
To support in the Peer Review of the Test Cases and Test Scenarios
To be flexible to adapt in case of the Cross Product needs arise in the team
Key stakeholder to participate in all defect triage and explain the necessary information on the defects raised to the Development team and to constantly monitor the defects fixes and Retest as per the SLAs suggested with minimal Business impact
Shall highlight any risks in terms of quality, timeline, resource to the Project Test Lead at the working level to mitigate in a timely manner
To Highlight the clarifications, dependencies and co-ordinate with different teams on need basis
Timely escalations to the Test Lead if there are any showstoppers or blockers

Work location: Jalan Yap Kwan Seng
Tenure: 6+6 months(renewable)

Qualification and other technical skills required:

Degree in Computer science or IT
Minimum 2-5 years(for junior role) , 5-8 Years(for Senior role) of strong experience in test design, test execution and Defect Management
Minimum 2 years banking domain
Good knowledge of HPALM tool (Testing Tool/Defect management tool)
