We are looking for a Marketing Analyst, Asia to join our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position will provide overall marketing support to Franklin Templeton’s business in Asia Pacific excluding India, across both lines of businesses, retail and institutional. This position will primarily focus on providing marketing support across various types of marketing literature such as pitchbooks, presentations, commentaries, brochures, flyers etc, as well as providing support across our event- related activities. The individual will also help maintain accurate and updated project files and production schedule for the region, working closely with other global marketing services support teams.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?

- Work with the in-country marketing teams to manage recurring update production cycles for product and marketing materials, including brochures, sales presentations and other promotional flyers
- Ensure local compliance needs are addressed/coordinate routing of materials to required reviewers
- Complete regular updates to materials as needed (e.g. monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually)
- Work with local marketing teams to launch local campaigns by developing the product-related marketing materials and content
- Provide overall marketing support to the marketing teams across Asia Pacific, including on-the-ground support for local events, if needed
- Ensure marketing collaterals are generated according to the defined legal and regulatory procedures
- Conduct training and education on system and workflow tools, providing information to regional clients and business partner regarding availability of new marketing materials and enhanced system/workflow tool functionality What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

- Degree in Marketing (preferably Major in Finance) or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing field preferably within financial services
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin with the ability to do basic copy-writing in Simplified Chinese
- Ability to read both Traditional and Simplified Chinese is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe required
- Proficient with generating/interpreting fund-related statistical information
- Meticulous attention to detail, across all aspects of data, language and grammar, and general layout and presentation
- Open-minded, independent, street smart and ability to think out-of-the-box
- Team-player and self-starter with strong work ethic and genuine interest in learning
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast pace environment
