Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a reliable and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.2. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.3. Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.7. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role.2. Strong research and planning skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.6. Prior experience in telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.7. Must be reliable, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
