JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself and colleagues by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulation of Occupational Health and Safety at work Disseminate communication of safety awareness Work closely with the sales team and roll out a required advertising campaign to generate leads and sales growth Preparing media releases to be sent to major dailies and publications to ensure appropriate publicity acquired for projects and company Design, edit and produce attractive and effective artwork for all marketing and promotional collaterals (flyers, banners, poster, advertisement and etc.) comprising contents, graphic and video for the events, website, social media and corporate materials Assist in planning and organizing business/ marketing events including conferences, seminars, booth exhibitions, marketing campaigns, CSR events, and product launching Conduct industry research, customer trends, and collation of information towards preparation of A&P campaigns Seek suitable operators for its facilities so as to improve projects’ viability Plan and develop strategies and manage social media sites, including but not limited to the company's Facebook account, Youtube account, newsletter mass emailing system, company’s website Speech writing and writing of articles to profile company as a thought-leader Initiation and execute of CSR programs to enhance the company's image in collaboration with other departments or divisions especially HR department To seek, apply and submit for suitable property and company awards in order to receive recognition for the organisation’s capability Implement new ideas, methods, and ways to enhance the reputation of the company To collaborate with associations, external partners, public relations and media agencies To develop and maintain a company profile Assess the development gaps of subordinates and establish appropriate development plan (IDP) To provide guidance and motivation and coaching To develop and support succession management JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Business, with preference in Marketing, MassCommunication & Advertising 2 years of working experience in relevant industry Familiar with current design trends and best practices for both print and digital Strong networking skills Able to multi-task and work under pressure Computer Skills MS Office, Design software, graphics and video editingtool
