Job Description: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth targets.Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online/offline marketing.Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize future efforts.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Work closely with product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Become the company's representative towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.Build and maintain our social media presence, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and hitting the social media growth expected from organic activities and paid post;Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested;Market research, identify the effective innovative marketing strategy; understand competitor's product offering, marketing strategy, and unique selling points.
