They are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to take full ownership of their product categories, driving brand growth and strategic execution.
This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to fully immerse in brand strategy, consumer insights, P&L management, and marketing innovation while working cross-functionally to achieve sustainable business growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead consumer insights efforts to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance market position and drive brand equity.
Oversee category profitability, manage P&L, and implement initiatives to optimize revenue and margins.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product development and sales teams.
Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution and performance measurement.
Drive marketing innovation and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
RequirementsProven experience in consumer insights, brand management, P&L management, and campaign development within the FMCG, Direct Selling, and D2C industries.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a track record of driving business outcomes.
Expertise in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
