Job Title: Marketing Executive. This role will help to create and deliver marketing communications activities to a range of stakeholders around the world. This role comes with a varied workload, lots of new projects and challenges, and the opportunity to play a part in telling the company's story to our customers.

What you'll be doing as a Marketing Executive:

- Supporting the Marketing campaigns, including managing data, collateral, campaign execution, logging and managing leads and campaign reporting for specific activity.

- Events marketing activities; specifically promotion of events, managing event-specific marketing activity (e.g. competitions and other engagement tools), setting and monitoring success measures, setting and reporting on KPIs and calculating ROI.

- Project work, including updating printed collateral and managing translation work.

- General support to your team, particularly around big projects and events.

- Supporting the management and production of our global bank of marketing materials.

- Develop and deliver the marketing communications activity of "special projects".

- Manage our monthly marketing manager meetings.

What we're looking for:

1) Qualifications:

- Degree or the equivalent in a relevant subject - such as business, marketing, English, languages, psychology.

2) Skills - Essential:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail.

- The ability to work on own initiative.

- Good editorial skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills - You'll be working within a large team and with colleagues from around the world.

- High standard of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office products.

- Able to meet tight deadlines.

- Good eye for editorial presentation.

3) Skills - Desirable:

- Campaign planning skills.

- Comfortable with complexity.

- Customer-focused with commerical awareness.

- Ability to understand and express to stakeholders the benefits of the services.

- Proficiency in any other languages.

4) Experience - Essential:

- 1-3 years marketing experience.

- An understanding of integrated marketing communications and the marketing mix.

- Desire to pursue a career in marketing.

- Good understanding of campaign planning.

5) Experience - Desirable:

- Good understanding of the education market.

- Good understanding of digital and social media.

- Good understanding of communications across multiple countries and cultures or of marketing internationally.
