Responsibilities and Duties • Assist the team in the group’s marketing activities, which include brainstorming and implementing of ideas, digital marketing strategies, event management, UI/UX design of the products of the company or clients. • Develop concepts, design and produces marketing materials, ranging from still graphic images to motion graphics, including website design, corporate designs, advertisements, flyers, mails, artworks, video, internet images and banners etc. • Manage the social media accounts and marketing platforms of the company. • Manage company’s events, in the form of virtual or physical. • Develop and prepare corporate presentation materials, using PowerPoint, Adobe, or other applications as required by the company. • Contribute to the design artwork and ideas to the overall brief with illustrative drawing skills through rough sketching. • Proofread materials to produce accurate and high-quality work. • Consistently seeking for innovation and creativity to redefine a design brief and marketing materials at minimum cost and time. • Manage and maintain graphic files and Marketing policy, including forms, SOP, photos, logos and art. • Negotiate with suppliers, external parties and other relevant stakeholders to effectively manage the marketing budget and activities of the company. • Propose new marketing idea to enhance the marketing strategy of the group through continuous research and development by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends. • Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required. Skills and specifications • Skilled in graphic, motion & web design. • Tremendous creativity and innovation. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to details. • Ability to handle projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of Adobe after effect, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress and Microsoft Office. • Ability to understand the technicality aspect for implementing digital marketing strategies. • Script writing and video editing knowledge is an advantage. • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must in both written and communication. Education and Qualifications • A degree or diploma in sales and marketing, ads & promotion, public relations, communications, graphic/multimedia design, copywriting or computer applications. • Fresh graduates are welcome.
