Marketing & Leasing - Manager Or Asst. Manager

Job Description Job Summary:- Responsible for all leasing, marketing functions, for retail property and hospitality management.
Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance.
Manage all aspects of retail & hospitality team.
Identify potential for expansion growth and implement tactics to drive revenue of the business.
Take lead on tenants? prospects, liaise, maintain good rapport with tenants/partners and provide recommendations in arrangement with commercial strategies to the company.
Formulating and executing marketing plans to produce awareness and drive business.
Negotiate and manage leasing contracts.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years relevant experience in hospitality or commercial, retail property leasing and marketing.
F&B Retail leasing experience, pre-opening and daily operational experience & skillsets are favourable.
Independent, resourceful, quick learner with good interpersonal, can-do attitude, communication & solving problems skills.
Social media-savvy/trends.
Young and dynamic.
Possess own transport.
