Reports to the Chief Executive Officer in developing marketing strategies and plans to grow market share as well as to identify new businesses/ drivers and explore growth opportunities.?
Responsibilities
Leads the sales and marketing team of the Hospital to promote the services.
Identify new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the Hospital, and maximise outcomes.
Manages the sales and marketing activities, develop and implement strategies and promotional ideas and activities for corporate, local communities and foreign markets.
Key interface between hospital and business partners; build relationship to create strong business partnership.
Constantly map partner landscape, review growth opportunities and explore new businesses and partner landscape i.e. identify market trends and needs, evaluate competitive landscape, monitor revenue drivers etc.
Conceptualize and execute monthly promotional plans with clear KPIs.
Customize retention programs and continuously identify areas of improvements to build loyalty and brand affinity.
Develop and execute marketing plan, and implement strategies to position Hospital as the healthcare provider of choice in northern region.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5?Year(s) of working in the related managerial experience is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent in hospital or similar environment.
Proven strong leadership ability to lead and work within a marketing team and to employ various approaches towards problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness whilst maintaining a professional approach.
Proven ability to use own initiative, and ability to act decisively on own authority.
