Req ID: 6329- Job Description:- **Summary of Job Description for Marketing Officer**Responsible in carrying duties and responsibilities as detailed out below towards achieving the annual business target set for Vehicle Financing.**Duties and Responsibilities**:**Financial Segment**:- To achieve monthly business target for Vehicle Financing as follows:- Submission of Approval of RM4.00m- Total Approved Financing of RM2.6m- Total Disbursement of RM1.8m- Penetration of Non National Segment with minimum disbursement of ratio National and Non National at 60:40 per month Maintain zero Impaired for accounts disbursed within one year anniversary.**Risk and Control Segment**:- To keep threshold of zero internal and external fraud cases on yearly basis**Service Excellence Segment**:- Conduct visitation to dealers to improve business rapport: minimum 4 dealers/day or any threshold as directed.- To complete the site visitation requirement within T+1 day (within own territory) or T+3 day (outside territory) or any threshold as directed- To follow up on pending cases status with dealers / customer within T+2 days- To follow up and conduct renewal of Letter of Undertaking (LoU) on timely basis.- Conduct at least one product briefing/month to car dealer or any threshold as directed.- Attend to enquiries/request and or complaints from car dealers/ customer within T+3 day or any threshold as directed.- Recommend for appointment of car dealers as panel dealer (if any) and for DBR-I arrangement**Sales and Marketing Reporting Function**:- Submit daily visitation planner report (if any) and weekly report and marketing activities on timely- Review DBR-i arrangement for dealers before one (1) month of expiry of the arrangement- To maintain and update the reports/data on submission, pending approval, pipeline data and or other reports required on timely basis.**Human Capital Development Segment**:- Complete a minimum of 16 training hours in a year with completion of IDP requirement or any threshold To complete all e-learning courses as directed before the dateline given by HR**Other ad-hoc activities**:- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time**.
