Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives, driving business growth and maximizing profit.Conduct market research on existing and new products, including surveys and focus groups, to understand user needs and guide development of the products effectively.Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.Create brand awareness and trust strategy to elevate brand recognition and establish customer trust.Provide administrative support to marketing and sales operation.Job RequirementsBachelor in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms).Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse marketing performance.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Able to travel to operational site intensively.
